Shallow Bay: The Best of Breaking Benjamin
I’ll probably have it in a few days. I need moar Breaking Benjamin on my iPod. Hubby has most of the rock/metal on his, so I’ll have to probably wait until Dear Deployment has run its course before I can steal some of his music. Le sigh.
In other news, I woke up this morning super pumped to get to the gym, but only managed a sub-par workout session. Decent cardio, but training was kinda fail because EVERYONE decided to be in there at the same time… including this two ditzy girls who were there mainly to take in the sights. Ugh. Seriously? The gym is not a restaurant or bar, so stop socializing in front of/on equipment I need to use and gawking at men. Train or gtfo. Unfortunately, I have lost all motivation for today. I really hope tomorrow is better.
Irene, although “only” a Cat I, really packed a punch. I think we got about 12.5+ inches of rain and the wind was terrible, as expected. Definitely praying for those who have been affected by the storm.
Let’s see what next week has in store.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously
give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

I’ve been avoiding going to the commissary… but I guess I’ll have to brave the chaos sooner or later. Wish me luck!
Hi! Thanks for following my random, ramblin’ blog. :)
To my oldies, much love!
