jav0n: when I first started working out about 3 1/2 years ago. I used to spend hours a day reading articles about how to build muscle because whatever I was doing wasn’t working.. AT ALL. I was always sick, I moved here to Va from La in May of 08 and I was just always SICK, didn’t know why. Started… Wonderful advice. :)
